Two Weeks at the Dentist

I continue to have my teeth worked on:

The temporary crown that Kris had put on Tuesday came out.  So, we had to get it glued back on Saturday morning. On the way home we had the chance to stop at a great out-door Peruvian Market. The variety of fruits and vegetables is just amazing.  Every time we go to the store I see something new: Ten varieties of bananas, a dozen different kinds avocados,  potatoes, Chirimoya, Camu Camu, Tumbo, Lucuma, Aguaymanto, and little Ayucas. Ayuca is about the size of your little finger and great to eat. Yuca is its big brother.
  1. Yuca (Cassava) Root is better than Potato | Nutrition with Sonia .com

It is a good source of B3 (helps to lower cholesterol), plus iron and calcium. Yuca is a root vegetable with a rough hard thick brown covering, a little.

Don't  know if I would go for the meat!

Have not yet learned the names of everything here, but I am eating my way through things.
