Despedida for the Barlow Family!
A Despedida was held at the Bloomer's for the departing Barlow family. There were lots for friends and Family. (See the Pictures below) A Despedida is a goodbye or farewell party. When people leave the embassy friends have an Despedida to say goodbye and give a gift. The Barlow' are changing assignments.
