Sunday morning my brother and his wife (Randy and Mary Suker) were leaving Saint George going to California. A fugitive fleeing from the police came over the median and was going head on to my brothers car. My brother moved over and the fugitive moved to my brother lane. My brother then moved to the parking land and so did the fugitive, he clipped the back of my brothers car. He was being watched over. Read the article above.
