Meeting Missionaries in Our Daily Traveling

We meet two great missionaries on the bus today. I love to take their pictures. I called Sister White to let her know how great Elder White is and about the good work he is doing here in Peru.

The White Family

I love to take pictures of the missionaries we see around the city. I try and take their picture and send it to their family. Elder's White was so humble and gracious. The spirit of these missionaries can be felt just being in their presence. I got Elder White's families e-mail and phone number. I call Sister White and she was delight to hear from us and receive Elder White and Elder Cantillana picture.

This is part of the message I received from her in the e-mail:

"Thank you so much for your phone call and e-mail/pics of our son Braiden (Elder White).  We were thrilled to hear that he is well and happy.  It was fun to see a picture that was taken today in real time.  We did not get an e-mail from him today for some reason.  He has not missed a day, so your phone call was a tender mercy from our Father in Heaven.  I know he was wanting us to know he is just fine.  Braiden is our first missionary so I'm sure you can imagine that I might wonder what is going on if we do not hear from him."

I know the tender mercies of our Heaven Father showers down on these missionaries daily. It is a honor to be serving with such dedicated, fine young men and women.
