This Friday is Independence Day in Peru and by Law every building in required to fly the Peruvian National Flag. A building owner can be cited for non-compliance. Kris was worried about jail time, so she pined one on. We have been told to stay off the streets Friday night, because things can get a little wild. Not sure what that means, because we hear gun shots every night anyway.
